Your fall back plan

The calendar file gives you one reminder a night, 30 minutes before bedtime.

    Why the whole day moves

A clock change moves breakfast, naps and bedtime at once. If only bedtime moves, the last nap lands too close to it. This plan slides the whole day together, 15 minutes a night for babies under one and 30 for toddlers, so each day is a small change.

    Pick how you start

4 nights before moves things a little later each night so Sunday already feels normal. On the day keeps the old body clock on Sunday and steps to the new one. Halfway splits the difference on Sunday for families who start late.

    Brothers and sisters

Add up to three children. Babies take 15-minute steps and toddlers 30, so a toddler may land a night or two sooner. Each child gets a lane in the plan and their own reminders.

Coming up: spring forward on March 14, 2027. Curious how long your child stays awake between naps? See wake windows by age.
